2 Options for Healing Sound Bath (Nested/Hanging, or Grounded)
Hanging (8 spaces available) $65
Rest in a soft hammock-like aerial silk that gently suspends and supports your body, creating a deeply relaxing and almost weightless sensation while waves of healing sound surround you. Aerial silks are used for supported relaxation only during this event. Participants will remain mostly still during the sound journey.
Grounded Nest Spaces (10 spaces available) $40
Relax on plush cushioned mats on the floor in a cozy, supportive space while receiving the same immersive sound journey.
Throughout the evening, soothing vibrations from crystal singing bowls, gongs, chimes, and other healing instruments will guide you into a meditative state of deep rest and restoration.
No prior experience with meditation or aerial silks is necessary. Simply arrive, get comfortable, and allow the sound to carry you into stillness.
